Great evening at Missouri Southern State University with the Department of English and Philosophy’s Frankenstein Week Gala Reception. Winners of the Scary Story Contest were announced and prizes were awarded. There were three categories: high school, college, and the community. My entry was chosen as the best story in the community division, and I was able to read portions of my story. The college and high school winners also read their stories, and they were excellent!
